Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant at our location in Singapore. The Operations Assistant will support the Operations Team in recording equipment movement details, generating shipping documents, handling import and export compliance, document management, preparing of utilisation sheets, quotations, invoices and statements of account as instructed.
We are currently only considering Singaporean Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents at this time.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Singapore Customs Import/Export requirements.
- Experience with Import and Export of Strategic Goods preferred, but not essential.
- Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or Finance preferred, but not essential.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience in the marine/offshore equipment rental industry is a plus.
- Able to manually handle small equipment packages (>15kg).
