We are looking for a Junior Executive to join our Insurance Finance team. You will be providing assistance to the team with day-to-day transactions, on top of administrative tasks.

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform Bank Reconciliations
- Generate monthly SOA & incentive statements and follow-up with payment
- Assist in the preparation of reconciliation schedules, journal vouchers, audit schedules and AR/AP aging reports
- Support in the preparation of intercompany billings and perform intercompany reconciliation
- Attend to calls from customers/dealers/insurance companies
- Assist in annual financial audit, annual returns and tax filing
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent
- Good communication skills and command of language
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Able to work both independently and in a team setting
- Meticulous, keen eye for detail
- Good time management to meet monthly accounts closing and other ad hoc reports' deadlines
