Job Description for the post of Market Development Director
- With an existing strong client contacts.
- Identify and explore new job placement and business opportunities.
- Knowledge of/for newly set up Remote Staffing software.
- Able to lead & hire a new team of consultants.
- Good knowledge of current existing market practices & operation procedures.
- Ensure that the company's objectives and sales targets are met
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.
- Extensive experience in leading and developing accounts
- Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Be a team player, with a great sense of humor.
- Candidates with entrepreneurship backgrounds and attitudes will be preferred.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates/stakeholders every quarter.
- Sales management experience is required, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic, tactical, and operational plans and lead the team in achieving defined goals.
- Skills to coach and teach best practices to new teams, including prospecting, territory management, lead management, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
- Proven track record of driving profitable revenue and market share growth demonstrated over a sustained period.
Job Requirements
- MBA or Business Degrees preferred.
- 3 to 5 years experience in remote staffing industry.
- Able to travel for work purposes.
- Salary $10,000 - $15,000.
- Will be given opportunity to become a shareholder of the company does well under the candidate's leadership.
