Overview:
Reporting to APAC Director of Transformation & Development, the role plays an important role in delivering strategic planning and execution of transformation initiatives across the APAC markets. This is pivotal role in shaping and executing the cross-category, cross-functional initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region. This position involves overseeing business planning, management consulting, and driving project delivery to ensure the business meeting its business objectives.
Accountabilities:
Business Planning
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Track marco-economic market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define and refine the strategic priorities for the APAC region.
- Prepare executive level report and presentations as required.
Portfolio Management
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Ensure alignment of projects with overall business strategy and resource optimization.
- Foster strong partnerships with functional leaders to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the project portfolio to stakeholders as required.
Transformation Project Management
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Define and implement change management methodologies and best practices.
- Provide change management support ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in business planning, portfolio management, and delivering change projects in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of Dyson products and APAC market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• 12-15 years of experience in strategy development and transformation project management within a corporation or consulting firm
• Experience with dynamic, fast-growing organization, embracing change, flexible and resourceful.
• High sense of accountability, strong will to succeed, demonstrated curiosity and desire to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
