As the spokesperson of the Company, you are required to:
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and quality concierge services to customers
- Communicate and handle customer requests or enquiries via phone, email, online platform in a clear, professional and timely manner
- Establish relationships with customers with a positive customer experience after every contact
- Provide support for Material Planners, risk management and marketing research
- Plan, manage and support marketing campaigns/branding/events and hosting with various team functions
- Manage and monitor the corporate gifts inventory for gifting
- Produce regular reports on marketing and manpower capacity, including scheduling and coordinating sales appointments
- Assist in sample preparation, collection and delivery
- Ensure corporate image is maintained
- To ensure that conditions of riceLAB (showroom) is well maintained
- Receive and manage mails and packages

- Work well in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on Saturdays on a 5-day work week (4 weekdays and 1 Saturday). Non-working days for Sunday and Public holidays
