One of our System Integration client is looking for a candidate with below given skills for a 6 months contract:
SOP Standardization:(Standard Operating Procedure Standardization)
• Assist in the development and implementation of a standardized template and structure for SOPs, encompassing diverse formats such as written guides, video tutorials, and quick reference sheets.
• Update existing SOPs for alignment with the established template.
Knowledge Hub Creation:
• Provide support in the development and deployment of a centralized knowledge repository for all SOPs and other valuable knowledge assets.
• Contribute to establishing efficient search functionality within the repository for information retrieval.
• provide support for the implementation of a knowledge management (KM) governance structure to ensure information accuracy, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
• Define the KM strategy, framework, and process. This includes the direction for implementation of KM platform and use of emerging tech.
Knowledge Sharing Advocate:
• Assist in the creation and delivery of introductory materials such as presentations or FAQs to raise awareness of SOPs and the knowledge management system.
• Observe and learn best practices for facilitating knowledge sharing across departments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in knowledge management and information organization principles.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) or involvement in knowledge management processes (e.g., knowledge capture, documentation, training).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
