IT Administrator
Role Purpose:
Reporting to the IT Client Services Manager, the IT Administrator's role is to manage the day-to-day IT support in the Client Services department for both Singapore and Asia Pacific remote offices.
Major Accountabilities:
- Answer and log all support calls into the TopDesk Helpdesk System
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support and escalate to the next level if problem cannot be resolved
- Setup and provide technical support for all computers and Company's standard software issues
- Procurement and disposal of all IT related hardware and software
- Source and obtain hardware and software quotations on behalf of users
- Setup and provide technical support for all office and production printers
- Provide support for Windows account management as well as Telephony, Video Conference and Mobile devices
- Maintain the IT Asset Management System to ensure that all assets are recorded, updated and removed when required
- Requires rotational standby duty for after office hours support
Role Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Computer\Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of system administration experience in a medium size networking environment
- Business fluent or native English (written and spoken) with fluency in Mandarin an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the OS such as Windows and Linux
- Experience with MS Outlook in a Microsoft Exchange Environment
- Good experience in the following areas: MS Office 2021 and/or Windows 10 OS and basic switches and networking
- Experience in Web Content Administration and Cisco Video Conference and Endpoints would be highly regarded
- Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues with minimum supervision
- Good problem solver, good stakeholder engagement, team player and a strong customer oriented mindset
