Responsibilities:
• Promote and propose Trane Controls Solutions to building owners, consultants and contractors
• Develop long term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention
• Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
• Work closely with other department to promote package solution and enhance the win rate
• Ability to effectively writes and presents proposals.
• Negotiates value, addresses resistance and closes the sale. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier.
• Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in selling HVAC or building automation system
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer driven mindset
