SALES EXECUTIVE

1) Accountable to achieve sales objectives and targets

  • Strive to meet individual sales goals and KPIs for individually assigned territory and product lines.
  • Manage pre-sales and post-sales products, and customer support.
  • Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Manage new and existing accounts by implementing sales strategies and tactics
  • Make a defined number of calls per day to clinics, hospitals, and polyclinics (i.e. detailing)
  • Drive listing of new products in clinics, hospitals, and polyclinics.
  • Provide accurate information to clients/customers for product understanding and usage
  • Timely submission of daily calls and sales performance forecasts and reports.

2) Sales activities and events

  • Organize group-selling activities (GSA) and blitz promotions in the market.
  • Participate in events organized by the company.
  • Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.

3) Account management and development

  • Acquire product knowledge through product training and self-reading from time to time identify business leads and opportunities through quality follow-up or networking to have continuous growth.
  • Build and maintain good rapport with customers, keep abreast of key market developments and potential impact on sales and performances
  • Gather intelligence and share feedback on sales performances, customers, market, and competitors.

4) Others

  • Participate in projects as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Self-driven constantly taking initiative and working harmoniously with sales team members.
  • Show leadership and potential to train others.
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative.
  • Must be highly independent, motivated, and target-driven with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to work well under pressure, keeping composure and professionalism at all times as well as prioritize your workload and be results-driven.
