● Local SME, a Regional Sales & Services centre, distributing of electrical & electronics components for Asia Region.
Experience
● Order Process/Order Fulfillment/Sales & Administrative Supportin Trading Industry: ≤ 2 years
Qualifications
● GCE ‘N/O/A’ Level, Nitec and/or Diploma in any disciplines
Responsibilities
● Maintain an efficient order process for all sales orders from system
● Speedy entries of all sales orders to system and provide support to customers by attending to their enquiries
● Prepare quotation, deliver order and invoices for local & overseas customers
● Liaise with forwarder to arrange for export shipments
● Perform 3-Way match of supplier’s invoices, PO & DO for accounts to process payments & posting
● Keep track of maintenance and repair schedule
Requirements
● Proficient with MS Office application
● Good Organization Skill, Independently & Meticulous
● Good Communication Skills in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with China Factory associates
● Singaporean/PR are welcomed
