Responsibilities
- Prepare Presentation & Understanding Project Requirements
- Preparation of Project Schedule,Minutes of Meeting & Progress Reports
- Manage and Monitor Project Deliveries Independently
- Co-ordinate Works Between Clients, Consultants, Trade Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers
- Maintain Good Communication with QS on Site Activities,Variation Order and Preparation All Other Related Paperwork
- Manage All Project Documentation Before and After Handover
- Ensure All Environmental, Safety and Health are Strictly Follow as per Requirements
- Any Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years' of relevant working experience in Interior Fit-Out Work
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office & Microsoft Project Skills
- Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant certificate
- Excellent presentation, management and leadership skills
- Able to Work in a Fast Pace Environment and Handle Tight Deadlines
