You will be mentored by the Senior Management team and exposed to various core functions such as investment operations, compliance, regulatory reporting, client servicing, accounting & finance, business development, and, if suitable, put on track for portfolio management, amongst other responsibilities.
Required Traits
- You graduated with honors or equivalent. You are bright, very well-read, naturally curious, analytical, and capable of considering a wide range of perspectives with clarity. An accounting background is a plus.
- You have a customer-oriented approach, a pleasant disposition, and outgoing nature commonly found in roles such as customer service representatives and client facing teams.
- You are a proven, high-functioning generalist with the ability to learn across domains and are comfortable with collaborative, ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
- Native ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English. Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus.
