Job Description
- Provide secretarial and administrative supports to the Commercial, HR and Legal teams, including handling expense claims.
- Manage calendar and agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
- Organize meetings with multiple internal and external stakeholders and prepare and drive the entire meeting and logistical setup.
- Make travel arrangements for the function heads, including flight & hotel booking, visa, other required documents.
- Create and manage purchase orders for all executive related purchases
- Liaise with government agencies for statutory fillings
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks if required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course.
- Computer literate.
- Skillful in English speaking and writing in English.
- Strong prioritisation skills.
- Result-oriented, high degree of responsibility, able to work independent.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Mature and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- To work within the team and with other departments.
- Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good personality and an organized person.
