Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative and HR Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, assisting with human resources-related tasks, and coordinating company activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
· Day-to-day administrative duties for office management.
· Organizing company activities, team-building activities, and corporate functions.
· Help to manage/maintain the company's properties.
· Assisting with logistics and performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
· Undertaking any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
HR Support:
· Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.
· Providing assistance on onboarding and offboarding administration of new hires and resignees.
· Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and processing new hire paperwork.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
· Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
· Manage Leave and Personal Records.
· Assist with employee training and development programs.
· Oversee employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
2. Previous experience in administrative support or human resources role preferred.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
