- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (NORMAL Hours)
- Salary: UPTO $7,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the building regulations on the safety of the façades, including cladding, curtain wall and exterior features eg. windows and air-conditioning units, of buildings.
- Carry out site inspections and follow up with building owners to take measures in ensuring the safety of building façades and assess their structural integrity and safety.
- Develop new policies, regulations and initiatives to enhance the safety of the building façades.
- Carrying out R&D works on façade inspection technologies.
Requirements
- Singaporean.
- Minimum DEGREE and above.
- Good understanding of façade materials behaviours
- Working experience in structural design and analysis of buildings.
