Job Description
· Take lead to develop bespoke solutions that resolves client pain points alongside internal engineering teams.
· Proactive engagement of clients, to establish deep set interpersonal and interorganizational relationships
· Develop and execute Business Unit (BU) specific marketing plans in alignment with sales strategies and marketing goals
· Plan, coordinate and conduct solution-centric engineering demonstrations for clients.
· Design, plan, coordinate and conduct marketing event/workshop/demo customized for all clients.
· Manage, track and report on sales & marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
· Lead in tender bidding and contract management, including negotiation and influencing external stakeholders concerned
· Directly interfaces with outside vendors including agencies, production and fulfilment vendors, as well as business partners
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Diploma, Degree in IT/Marketing/Communications or related discipline
· Multiple experiences in Sales ICT/Software/Network/Audio-Visual industry preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Possess experience in programme/contract bidding
· Very importantly to be a team player
· Excellent time-management and organisational skills in managing multiple priorities and projects
· Computer literate with experience with productivity software packages e.g. MS office
