Assistant Sales Manager: $6000 - $8000
Junior Executive: $3200 - $4000
Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and meeting sales targets.
- Cultivating new accounts while nurturing existing ones.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to drive sales and secure projects.
- Assisting the product marketing manager in executing sales and promotional activities.
- Addressing sales and project inquiries as well as technical concerns.
- Managing the sales process, including orders, invoicing, coordinating deliveries, and accounts receivable collection.
- Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and their air conditioning requirements.
- Initiating contact with leads through various channels to assess their needs.
- Presenting and demonstrating air conditioning products, emphasizing their features and benefits.
- Crafting tailored quotes and proposals based on customer specifications and budget.
- Negotiating pricing and sales terms to close deals efficiently.
- Staying informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor strategies.
- Developing and expanding business to achieve sales, market share, and profit objectives.
- Undertaking any additional tasks related to business operations.
Work Experience/Prerequisites:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Business/Sales & Marketing/Engineering.
- Preferably experience in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
