Job Description:
- Managing a portfolio of clients independently
- Provide accounting and bookkeeping services, including handling of bank payments, preparation of sales invoices, data entry in accounting software, preparation of management accounts/financial statements/payroll/GST/corporate tax returns
- Ensure that all reporting and compliance deadlines are met
- Collaboration with other functions within the company and across offices in other countries to ensure service delivery excellence
Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree or professional accounting qualifications
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of IFRS and the ability to translate this to practice
- Knowledge of Singapore Tax, GST, CPF, filing requirements
- A meticulous and organised individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Word, familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks is an advantage
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts
