- 1st level help desk for M3 ERP supports
- Coordinate with users and M3 Consultants for M3 ERP-related issues
- Install, configure and troubleshoot IT equipment for end users
- Manage system and application servers including network, storage, Switches /Routers, hardware, OS, software, anti-virus and firewalls
- Perform server maintenance, administration, backup and restore, health check, performance tuning and capacity planning. Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents
- Manage system databases and servers to ensure the smooth on-going operation and up-time according to service standards. Plan and perform database version upgrades
- Manage IT assets and assist in IT documentation
- Administer WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, systems and ERP access control.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in IT/ Computer Science
- 3 years of experience in an IT /System Administrator position in a medium to large scale environment
- Knowledge of network technologies including routing and switching.
- Ability to manage multiple support tickets and end to end process to resolve user issues.
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude
- Able to provide support on ad-hoc basis on weekends
