Responsibilities:
- Execute campaigns to drive debit card spend and deepen market share
- Handle customer enquiries and rewards fulfilment for card products and related campaigns
- Support data reporting
- Participate in system replatform from requirement scoping to testing and implementation
- Support system enhancements such as testing and live verifications
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet deliverables
Requirements:
- Qualification or experience in related field.
- Applicants with a keen interest in consumer cards are welcomed
- Prior experience in the banking sector will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently and is a good team player
- Good communication and writing skills
- Organised, systematic and able to meet timelines
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
