The Business Process Delivery Global Business Controls Leader is a focal point for the following but not limited to :
1. Responsible for execution of controls and compliance activities in support of BPO Delivery Centers resulting in a satisfactory or better controls posture.
2. Maintaining and updating the annual BPO/BPOD Controls Framework.
3. Drive process improvements across the BPO Delivery Controls function.
4. Explore and build out BPO Controls as a Service offering and an extension of the Process Excellence team.
5. Roll out IBM Consulting Integrity Program across all of BPO Delivery.
6. Support all Audits and regular communication of audit status to leadership.
Environment:
- Professional knowledge of BPO Delivery and IBM SDE Audit processes.
- Need to have good understanding of organizational resources, priorities, and policies.
Communication/Negotiation:
- Need strong interpersonal and communication skills as he/she needs to work and interact with teams from different functions in BPOD, resulting in common agreements and deliverables.
- Be a strong team player and leader who is proactive with a positive & learning attitude.

- Able to work independently and have strong analytical ability.
- Analyse complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and any potential risks or controls exposure while providing direction and recommendations to address.
Contribution/Leadership:
- Leads/guides BPO Delivery team and work closely with multi-functional teams.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and controls and compliance skills a plus he/she will be recognized as a SME in the areas covered.
Impact on Business/Scope:
- Accountable for projects/programs involving multi- functional and global/regional teams.
- Responsible for overall functional program success.
- Activities will potentially influence BPO Delivery Controls and report quarterly to IBM Consulting Finance Business Controls.
Requirement:
Have good understanding on IBM BPO Delivery procesess, internal and external audit programs. Good understanding on consulting E2E delivery is a big plus point
