As a member of the Communications team, you will work cross-functionally to support the company’s marketing and communications strategies to support SP’s vision of becoming a leading player in reliable energy networks and the sustainable energy solutions sector in Singapore and across Asia Pacific.


What You'II Do:

  1. Experienced in developing and implementing executive communication strategy in the B2B and B2C space.
  2. Develop differentiated strategic communication messages according to target audiences.
  3. Write and pitch media releases, articles, and thought leadership content across mainstream and trade media.
  4. Provide profiling counsel especially for media features, proactively presenting opportunities and pre-emptively being watchful of potential issues
  5. Well-versed in the digital media landscape and familiar with delivering insights-led content marketing and display campaigns, and executing go-to-market strategies across all channels to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  6. Lead the design, development and management of websites, social channels, events and other outreach programmes to amplify key messages, support acquisition and campaigns.
  7. Manage various creative, media and digital agencies to lead end-to-end content and marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
  8. Manage issues and crisis communications
  9. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and outcomes.
  10. Deliver projects within timeline and budget

What You'II Need:

The ideal candidate must demonstrate good ideation, critical thinking skills and be intellectually curious. Strong stakeholder, project and time management skills are critical. Skilled writing, storytelling and editing, are expected, along with the ability to synthesise and project SP Group’s core business features in content and campaigns.

  1. More than 5 years of experience with a proven track record in creating and successfully executing strategic marketing and communication plans for business solutions and services companies, preferably in a large multi-national, matrixed organisation or agency setting.
  2. Degree in business, communications, marketing or related field.
  3. Expert verbal and written communication skills with proven credentials and examples.
  4. Strong knowledge and abilities to use multiple platforms and channels (including digital) for a range of audiences.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and significant experience working with media.
