Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the factory and warehouse operations comply with the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulations by overseeing their daily activities.
- Handle incoming & outgoing shipment/stock taking
- Plan & implement improvements on design layouts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse storage
- Conduct and coordinate regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and manage waste in building facilities, ensuring that the factory operates at its optimal level
- Initiate, oversee, and coordinate maintenance and repair tasks assigned to technicians responsible for property upkeep. This may involve arranging for contractors or utilizing internal factory staff to complete the tasks
- Maintain records of entries and exits, oversee annual or periodic inspections, manage on-site security personnel, and provide regular weekly/monthly report updates
- To review monthly export purchase orders and local forecasts from the BD department
- Monitor inventory movement based on actual sales versus forecasts
- Validate monthly delivery expenses for both local and online orders, ensuring optimal truck capacity utilization, and pinpoint cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year experience in Food Factory Operations
- Able to converse well
- Team Player
