- Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
- Taking their orders, providing them with accurate bills, serving them food and drinks, processing payments, and providing them with whatever they need in a timely manner
- Restock and replenish bar inventories of supplies and ingredients
- Interacting with customers by reading and listening to their food and beverage preferences, making recommendations.
- Create innovative programs and promotions to market special menu items, increase sales, and increase guest patronage.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new menus food and beverage marketing programs and participate in and maintain system-wide food and beverage marketing programs.
- Assisting the Assistant Restaurant Manager with Daily Mandatory Reports
- Following up with any items that are concerning to operations and guest satisfaction
- Communicates to his / her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
