Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll - accurate & timely payment of employees' payroll (Times Software)
- Prepare bank files for submission, prepare CPF and IRAS submission
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and journal to Finance
- Manage recruitment, interviewing candidates & following up on the hiring process
- Administer work pass matters, application, renewal, cancellation, and others
- Provide day to day admin duties
- Assist to answer phone calls
- Participate in HR meeting, company’s events & activities
- Undertakes in other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years’ HR experience in similar role
- Basic knowledge of local employment legislation
- Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Able to speak Chinese and Malay as to liaise with Chinese and Malay speaking associates
Other Information:
- 5 days week @ Pandan Road
- Preferably Singaporean Citizens only
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
