The Guest Relations Executive / Officer is an important role at Cube to ensure a positive and rewarding experience for our guests. You will be responsible for developing relationships with guests, managing reservations, assisting guests’ questions, and handling any issues that may arise during their stay.
We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals with a positive and thoughtful attitude.
This position is on a rotating shift basis, including overnight shifts. On-Job Training will be provided.
Major responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and check-in according to our standards and procedures.
- To provide courteous and efficient service.
- Understand each guest request and address them promptly.
- Check out guests courteously and accurately.
- Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly according to our standards and procedures. Report to the Hotel Manager for further follow-up when necessary.
- Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions.
- Keep informed about Singapore’s major city attractions and events, so to provide guests with accurate information as requested.
- Always maintain good guest relations with in-house guests.
Requirements:
- Open to entry-level candidates.
- Advantageous to have 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure.
- Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Cloudbeds System would be added advantage.
- Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
