Job Scope:
- End-User Support: Provide support to end-users by resolving issues, answering queries, and assisting in user training sessions.
- System Testing: Assist in planning and executing system testing, ensuring that SAP module configurations meet business needs and comply with best practices.
- Documentation: Create and maintain functional specifications, process documents, and training materials.
- Data Migration: Support data migration activities related to SAP module, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
- Customisation: Work with development teams to implement customizations and enhancements to SAP module functionality.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and integrate SAP with other modules.
Requirements
- Diploma qualifications
- Fresh graduates may apply, or those with 1 year of experience in SAP (FI or MM or Basis)
- For SAP MM track: Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics within SAP MM
- For SAP FI track: Knowledge of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications for financial processes.Exposure to SAP FI in a global or multi-location setting. Understanding of financial reporting and analytics within SAP.
- For SAP Basis track: Knowledge of SAP landscapes, system monitoring, and performance tuning. Basic understanding of SAP transport management and system upgrades. Familiarity with user administration and authorization concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
