Responsibilities
· QS in taking tender BQ (ACMV)
· Request quotation from supplier
· Assist project team to prepare submission document, shop drawing, as built drawing / Operation Maintenance Manual.
· Online tender submission.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
· At least 8 to 10 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry / ACMV services / M&E would be an added advantage
· Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively
· Computer skills in AutoCAD/ 3D & Microsoft Office
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
