Key Responsibilities:
-Experience in project management, coordination, budget control & handling of necessary submissions to relevant authorities/ landlords etc.
-Ability to understand auto cad, layout plans, with some knowledge of construction/installation methods.
-Knowledge in carpentry and construction details.
-Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
-Attend site meetings and inspections with suppliers and subcontractors.
-Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets, and delivery schedule.
-Updating and report on project progress and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
-Work closely with team, clients, and contractors to ensure project handover on timely.
Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Project Management/ Construction Management or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior renovations / construction fields.
-Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight project timeline.
-Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Possess good problem-solving skills.
