Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall project management, planning, design and execution.
- Experience to co-ordinate and support in handling the progress carpentry project works
- Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors and external stakeholders ensure workmanship are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements
- Monitor and inspect the progress of the project-on-site to ensure that the works are implemented based on good quality, finishes and standards, and that project is on schedule, and within budget.
- Organize, manage and maintain proper documentations
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people.
- Able to read ID drawings, furniture detailing
- PC literate – proficient in MS office and AutoCAD
- BCSS cert and other construction safety cert required
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English - in order to liaise with Chinese specking associates.
