Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Perform servicing, installation, maintenance, and repairs to meet quality and safety standards, following standard work routines to achieve key performance metrics.
- Assist specialists in setting up and testing new products or processes, installing complex systems based on training and competence level, and seeking guidance when necessary.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, identifying and diagnosing equipment and systems for emergency repairs.
- Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to plan monthly schedules, ensuring adequate operational manpower.
- Adhere to stores requisition processes to maintain accurate stock levels and records.
- Work with business improvement colleagues to implement a standard toolkit, using experience and knowledge to contribute to problem-solving for process variance, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
Requirements:
- High school education.
- 1-3 years of job-related experience, enabling independent and competent operation in at least one service product line.
