Job Summary
Our client, an established global bank is looking for an experienced project manager to drive, execute and monitor Asia wide projects related to wholesale banking payments.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor / Master's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in wholesale banking;
- Strong understanding of wholesale banking payment processes;
- Understand banking products, processes and technology solutions;
- Proven experience and track record in business analysis and project management;
- Has knowledge in change management and project management principles, methodologies and tools;
- Good experience in stakeholders management;
- Ability to translate initiatives into proposals, roadmaps and executable plans;
- Good analytical skills to identify root causes and come up with logical solutions to problems;
- A good team player;
- Curious and always willing to learn new skills;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Desired Skill-set
- PMP certified.
Responsibilities
- Involve in coordinating Asia wide projects;
- Initiate and set up project initiatives on process and technology;
- Responsible for monitoring the progress and delivery of change initiatives and projects delivery;
- Identify potential risk in the delivery of change initiatives;
- Conduct impact analysis and assess readiness for change initiatives;
- Provide regular and timely update to stakeholders on project status, risk and issues;
- Maintain regular collaboration with various teams to align and update on the project roadmaps;
- Manage vendors and project resources.
