Your Job

As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for all manufacturing and supply chain processes of our equipment site in Singapore.
This responsibility includes quality, efficiency, realisation of targets within budget and deadlines, organizational performance and people management.

You will report to the Global Operations Manager, situated in our HQ in the Netherlands.

Your Profile

• Around 10 years of experience in a high-tech equipment manufacturing environment, of which at least 5 years in a managerial position

• A Master level of analytical thinking; at least a degree in Mechanical Engineering and additional education in Business Administration or Technical operations.

• Strong leadership skills

• Demonstrated negation experience with procurement processes and contracts

• A good understanding of supply and demand challenges in a complex supply chain

• Experienced in defining and improving organizational structure and processes, using methodologies such as lean or 6 Sigma.

• A good understanding and skill of working within an internationally operating company

• Excellent communications skills, in English (in speech and writing);

• Results oriented and self-driven;

• Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills
