The Office of Admission is looking for a Manager to join their team:
Responsibilities
Manages and provides information to prospective local/Post Graduate students about the University’s programmes and enrolment policies.
Manages the admissions and application processes for local/Post graduate students and participates in admission decisions for exceptional cases.
Implements communication plans for the University’s programmes to internal and external stakeholders as well as potential local/ Post Graduate students.
Organises reports to analyse and evaluate market trends, existing partnerships and services, and their impact on local enrolment numbers in meeting the University’s targets and objectives.
Administers all communication to students, faculty members and managers to ensure clarity on all local/Post Graduate admission requirements, processes and updated changes.
Supervises support staff to ensure adherence to the procedures and guidelines for providing advice and information to prospective local/Post Graduate students while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognized University.
At least 4 to 6 years of supervisory and related work experience preferred.
Strong in data analytics and use of Power BI will be of an added advantage.
Meticulous and high attention to details.
Energetic, resilient, and receptive to change.
High integrity is a must.
