Responsibilities:
Provide daily operational and administrative support for the functioning of labs and programmes
Administrative support for procurement, installation, and troubleshooting of equipment
Procurement of chemicals, consumables and inventory management
Administrative support to researchers, students, and contractors for matters related to health, safety and other compliance
Administrative support for the implementation of the NTU safety policy, safety audit, and safety training
Administrative support for license matters
Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Physics, Material science or Diploma in Business Administration and other fields
Experience in laboratory management is advantageous
Documented experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
IT literate and good in Writing Skills
Meticulous, organized, able to prioritize and multi-task.

Able to work both independently and as a team
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
