Responsibilities:
- Track and manage the Centre’s assets, funding, procurement, manpower and space resources.
- Manage the Centre’s special programmes and daily operations.
- Prepare progress reports, audit and budget statements in a timely manner
- Provide updated and organized data capture and management on centre information
- Be part of the working team to ensure that the Centre operates at maximum efficiency and complies with policies, procedures and standards.
- Provide workshop/conferences/events support and visits to the Centre
- Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide effective executive support to Centre Directors
- Continual review of work processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness in administration
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Directors
Requirements:
- A good degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Applicants with working experience in a university capacity preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous, adaptable and able to multi-task.
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
