Responsibilities:
- Review tender document and drawing
- Handle quantity taking-off and prepare tender submission
- Ensure timely receipt of technical information relevant to tender
- Prepare standard measurement/quantity
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedule
- Source for quotation
- Evaluate, analyse and input pricing for tender
- Participate in post-tender clarification
- Participate in kick-off meeting with consultant/client
- Participate in hand-over process to project team and project briefing to colleagues
- Participate in Project Review Meeting for evaluating project process
- Prepare quotation for various technical works, material, manpower, etc.
- Check and approve sub-contractors’ bills
- Handle variation order and claim for certification
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Survey
- Min 3 years of relevant experience,preferably in marine construction industry
