Job Description & Requirements
- Report to Project Manager Scope of ACMV works in built environment, for project management.
- Understanding of ACMV engineering and contractual requirements.
- Work with design department to ensure compliance of engineering and safety requirement through design.
- Attend to contractual, cost, schedules, coordination, progress monitoring and project completion
- Preferred area of experiences:
- Hospitals, Labs, Operating theatres, etc
- Commercial or industrial building – Warehouses, factories , etc
- Government projects
- Data centers
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical engineering, building services, project management or related, with project acmv experience preferred
- Degree in Sustainable Infrastructure may apply
- Safety certified, minimum Bizsafe level 2
- 3 years or more working experience in related fields preferred
- Good language capability (English) both in written and spoken
- Strong independence and leadership in teamwork environment.
- Fresh graduate may apply.
- Knowledge in BIM is added advantage
- Driver license is added advantage
