In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Handle order-related queries from customer, interface and coordinate with plant operations and logistics team to ensure seamless and timely order fulfilment.
Responsible for delivery and logistics processing using excel and other business tools.
Ensure commercial documentations are proper, complete and align with sales recognition policy and organize shipment/delivery/logistics release on timely basis.
Able to work with various functions Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Trade Compliance, Plants Operations teams to ensure timely release of goods through system.
Able to communicate well with all the partners/customers/external parties to ensure smooth execution of according to established guidelines.
Ensure all documents are filed according to Record Retention Policy.
