Operation Executive: Empowering Maternal Care at My Queen

What to Expect:

  • Handle feedbacks and enquiries from mummies
  • Arrange and invite mummies for Parent Craft
  • Oversee and support individual centre operations, which include manpower and resource planning, centre maintenance, the implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows, and roll-out.
  • Audit check on regular fixed assets
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations
  • Responsible for Company procurement process, including sourcing new and alternate suppliers
  • Participate in new initiatives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Investigate company lapses and customer feedback and propose areas of improvement
  • Coordination between HQ departments and external agencies or stakeholders on projects/activities
  • Ensure accuracy in Billings
  • To prepare monthly reports and documentation for Management review
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Candidates with experience in the healthcare sector are encouraged to apply.

A successful candidate should have:

  • Good working attitude and the ability to work in a team
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn and to continuously improve

Additional Information:

  • Working Days: 5 Days / Alternative Saturdays.
  • Mondays to Fridays: 9 am to 6 pm
  • Saturdays: 9 am to 1 pm
  • Required to Stand-In for Healthcare Assistant if facing manpower issues
