Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales targets within schedule.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Proactively initiate sales activities to reach out to customers in current and emerging market segments.
- Maintain comprehensive information including contacts, services, technical details, billing, opportunities, quotations, contracts, etc.
- Prepare and submit tenders and/or Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Stay updated on technological developments in oil & gas and process industries.
- Collaborate with business units on costing, technical evaluation, service recommendations, and operational requirements.
- Review, update and follow up quotations and/ or contracts.
- Arrange customer visits to understand their requirements and propose suitable service solutions
- Coordinate with relevant departments/business units to ensure service quality meets customer expectations.
- Monitoring sales status and prepare monthly sales report.
- Respond to customer feedback, resolve complaints, and provide necessary support.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirement
- Diploma in any Engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
- Experience in process industry and energy sector.
- Knowledge in waste management and/or integrated plant maintenance services is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record of generating new business and achieving rapid revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Possess valid training certificates (SWSHPP/OPISC) is advantageous.
- Must own a vehicle.
Other Information:
5.5 day work week: Monday to Friday, (8.00am - 5.00pm); Saturday (8.00am – 12.00pm)
