Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily audit activities relating to casino operations in accordance with audit SOPs/ Checklists, perform investigation on variance discovered and follow up with business units on exceptions noted.
- Attend periodic stock take performed by business units and follow up on exceptions noted.
- Prepare accounting journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare authority reporting in compliance with the regulatory requirements (Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore & Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore).
- Assist in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives which may involve activities such as defining requirements and UAT.
- Assist in analysis and projects as assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
- Meet Gambling Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or other professional Accounting qualifications
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in auditing or accounting with large organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learner who demonstrates initiative, detail-oriented and adhere to tight deadlines
