Roles & Responsibilities
- Recording Transactions: Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in accounting software (Auto Count).
- Accounts Receivable and Payable: Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Tax Compliance: To prepare necessary documentation for tax filings and assist in audits.
- Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized and secure financial records, in physical and digital formats.
- Obligatory Submissions: Assist in filing for GST quarterly as well as submission of CPF monthly.
- Others: Administrative duties including answering calls and attending emails.
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Job Type: Full-time
