1. Responsible for checking design discrepancies between structural and architectural drawings.
2. Lead final safe inspection on form work reinforcement on form works and reinforcement & lead the site responsibilities to conduct relevant inspection required any inspection required any laws.
3. Provide technical details when necessary.
4. Prepare programme and documents control.
5. Plan, supervise and monitor progress of work and also ensure that quality standards and specification are met.
6. Keep and maintain all process records to comply with company ISO standard & ready for external ISO audit.
7. The applicant shall oversee the day to day running of matters relating to the construction of this project.
8. The applicant shall resolve discrepancies or problems relating to quality of work problem relating to quality of work together with site team and report all progress and incidence promptly.
9. The applicant shall review and discuss construction method and material choice with project manager or assistant project manager.
10. Consultant and specialist work contractors and finalize the most appropriate practical construction method in advance of works.
11. The applicant shall also ensure all consultant / Client instruction are properly documented and disseminate to his subordinates and subcontractors consultants.
12. The applicant shall co-ordinate the works carried out by the project team.
13. The applicant shall ensure that all corrective actions are properly addressed.
14. The applicant shall attend the consultant's/ Main contractor's coordination meetings, Safety coordinating committee meeting.
15. The applicant shall assist to project manager to review and approved the Project Hazard/ Environmental Aspect Analysis and all the construction proposals, method statements and submissions.
