JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle full set of account
- Verify monthly costing for budget control and expense management
- Monthly reconcile balance sheet items and bank statement
- Prepare cash flow projection & manage day-to-day working capital
- Liaise with overseas suppliers in term management and coordination of TT & LC
- Supervise timely submission of quarterly GST report
- Oversee customer credit, monitor, control and follow up for effective collection
- To check the accuracy and completeness of work done by subordinates
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agent & bank
- Ensure internal control compliance with company policies and procedures
- Follow the current accounting practice, identify the opportunity and recommend actions to improve the account process
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field with at least 5 years experiences
- PC literate
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Meticulous, reliable and positive working attitude
- Working experience in manufacturing with ERP & MYOB will be an added advantage
