We are looking for a dynamic, competent and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to design, develop and implement sales strategies to contribute to the achievement of our company's sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted sales and marketing activities of new products and systems.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationship with existing and potential customer accounts through customer visits.
- Promote new products and systems to existing and potential customers.
- Attend to all incoming enquiries (by phone, fax, email or walk-in) and provide customers with quotations.
- Input orders into our ERP system / online portal, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- To ensure prompt payment collections
- Handling customer complaints and feedback.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated individual with initiative to achieve assigned tasks
- Results-oriented and highly capable of meeting personal sales target
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants must be willing to work at Pioneer area
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales & marketing preferred, however entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree from any field, Engineering preferred
- Class 3 driving license will be an advantage

- 5 days and alternate Saturday work week
- Mon to Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm
- Alternate Saturday: 8.00am to 1.00pm
