Roles & Responsibilities:
· Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out timely and according to planned schedule as per the agreed Response, Delivery and Completion Time.
· Manage subcontractors or parties engaged by Client for the Facility Management Services in various specific disciplines.
· Effectively maintain the respective systems.
· Able to read technical/architectural drawings and diagrams
· Troubleshooting and repair for building related issues eg tiles crack, leaking, paint peel, collapsed false ceiling, wall cracks, door lock faulty, hinges faulty, door faulty, floor finishes, tap leaking, pipe burst, sensor faulty, floor trap choke and etc
· Support and assist in all projects (install, resolve, repair, trouble-shoot) etc.
· Attend to site show rounds conducted.
· Ensure that all his technical team and direct contractor appointed or Contractor’s subcontractors follow Client’s QEHS ISO requirements and Statutory Requirements.
· Undertake any other related duties stipulated.
· Install and test new products, as well as demonstration to clients on the use and maintenance of installed equipment
· Able to write service reports after job completion
Job Requirements:
· Higher Nitec or Nitec with minimum 5 years relevant experience or National Certificate NTC 2 from Institute of Education or Construction Industry Training Institute CITI high certificate with minimum 3 years relating to building and building services maintenance , relevant experience or equivalent;
· All technicians shall have general competency in the use of computer, Outlook emails and the following application Software; MS office, especially MS Outlook express, Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), MS Word and MS Power point.
