We're in search of a skilled Web Designer who can seamlessly blend form with function.
This role is not merely about crafting aesthetically pleasing designs; it requires an in-depth understanding of branding, as well as the ability to develop designs that are both viable and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with developers and specialists to ensure designs are feasible and can be translated into functional digital interfaces.
- Engage in UX planning and design, ensuring all web solutions are intuitive and user-centric.
- Assist with branding projects, incorporating brand essence into every design element.
- Translate client requirements and branding strategies into coherent design strategies.
- Design visual mock-ups and prototypes using Figma, ensuring they align with client specifications and branding guidelines.
- Provide design guidelines, standards, and best practices to other team members.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our solutions contemporary and competitive.
- Work in tandem with other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned project delivery.
Qualifications: (Kindly ensure that all requirements are met before applying)
- Minimum of 3 years of agency experience in web design.
- Proficiency in Figma is a must
- Have a strong portfolio in web design and branding projects
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of web usability and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency is Adobe Creative Suite is a Must
