Summary
The Sales Admin will function as the administrative support to the Sales Team. This role requires an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team in a fast paced. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company
Responsibilities
· Coordinating the sales team by managing the filing of important documents, maintaining important data such as storing and sorting of sales function related data in electronic form, and communicating relevant information for smooth sales operations.
· Responding to sales team’s requests on tender bid process (from pre-qualification, to bidding and post award phase) including submission of documents, drawings and compliance certification to ensure successful bid submission.
· Preparation of ERP system derived cost sheet for management approval prior quotations.
· Preparation and presentation of pipelines tracking reports, sales and all related functional reports for business unit.
· Handle the processing of all sale orders and scheduling job code on ERP system with accuracy and timeliness.
· Monitor the team’s progress and identify shortcomings of administration process and propose improvements where necessary.
· Working with Marketing agency in organizing marketing events and projects.
· Ensure adherence to internal workflow policy.
