Compensation & Benefits:
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, including various monthly reports
- Verify expenses, Overtime (OT) applications and other allowances paid via payroll
- Ensure proper documentation and timely and accurate submissions / preparation of payroll, CPF, income tax for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines
- Ensure timely submission of government paid leave applications such as Paternity Leave, Maternity leave, Childcare leave etc, including waiver for Foreign Worker Levy (FWL)
- Responsible for employee performance management such as Confirmation, Annual Appraisal, PIP etc
- Leading Employee Welfare programs
Insurance related:
- Update on insurance matters such as Outpatient coverage and attend to employee’s query on insurance related matters
- Ensure timely submission of Insurance claims such as Group Hospital Surgical (GHS) & Workman Injury Compensation Insurance (WICI), including relevant report to various government agencies.
Recruitment & Selection:
- Monitoring & assist in Work Pass related matters if required
- Assist in Onboarding & Offboarding process, if required
Training & Development:
- Take charge of the Company Training and Development by conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify current and future learning needs to meet business requirements and develop training matrix for implementation across the Department.
- Provide end-to-end operational support for all L&D initiatives e.g. course registration, monitoring and evaluation of training budgets and programmes, coordinating programmes, training grants administration, bond administration, training records, programme evaluation etc
Shared Services related:
- Ensure that all entries and updates in the HRIS is accurate
- Assist to ensure in compliance to various management system such as ISO 9001
- Assist in statutory and other statistical information ad hoc reports/surveys as required
- Assist in other general administrative task such as air-ticket, hotel reservation etc, if required
- Assist HR Manager, to serve as a link between Management & employee by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts while helping to resolve work related issues (disciplinary procedures, counselling etc)
- Any other adhoc responsibilities as assigned
